- 제 1 조 [목적]
- 이 규정은 한국기초조형학회 연회비 및 장려금과 국제학술대회 및 국제초대작품전 등의 각종 회비에 대하여 본 학회가 회원에게 지원하는 사항을 정하여 학회를 투명하게 운영하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
- 제 2 조 [연회비 및 장려금 등 지원]
- 다음 각 호에 해당하는 회원에 대하여 평생회비를 지원한다.
- ① 국내외 정기 국제학술대회 및 국제초대작품전을 유치한 회원
- ② 평생회원이 유치했을 경우, 작품출품비 또는 논문심사비를 5회 면제
- 다음 각 호에 해당하는 회원에 대하여 연회비를 지원한다.
- ① 기업회원 또는 협찬(사)를 유치하고 협찬금 또는 현물을 유치한 회원
- ② 국내외 유관기관과 MOU를 유치한 회원(단, 대표회원 1인)
- ③ 법인등기이사, 고문, 자문위원, 명예회장, 회장, 차기회장, 수석부회장, 사무국장, 사무국 직원
- ④ 해외회원(해외거주 또는 해외기관소속)
- 다음 각 호에 해당하는 회원은 장려금 지원 또는 쿠폰을 제공한다.
- ① 기업회원 또는 협찬(사)를 유치하고 협찬금 또는 현물을 유치한 회원은 장려금 지원
(단, 연회비 지원과 장려금 지원 중 한 가지 선택) - ② 해외 회원의 작품을 출품한 유치 회원은 해당 대회당 1회 작품출품비 쿠폰 제공
- 연회비 및 장려금, 쿠폰 지원기준은 다음의 표와 같다.

※ 당해 연회비 기준
- 제 3 조 [작품출품비 및 논문발표비, 참가비 지원]
- 다음 각 호에 해당하는 회원에게 작품출품비를 지원하고 지원기간은 다음과 같이 정한다.
- ① 고문, 자문위원, 명예회장 : 재직기간 지원
- ② 법인등기이사 : 재직기간 지원(단, 춘·추계 국제학술발표대회 및 국제초대작품전)
- ③ 회장, 차기회장, 수석부회장, 사무국장 : 재직기간 지원
- ④ 사무국 직원 : 재직기간 지원
- ⑤ 국내 정기 국제학술대회 및 초대작품전 개최교(지) 유치회원 : 해당대회 작품출품비 지원(단, 대표회원 외 3인 이내 회원)
- ⑥ 해외 비정기 국제학술대회 및 국제초대전 유치 회원 : 해당대회 지원(단, 대표회원)
- 해외이사와 해외회원에 대한 지원사항과 해외회원 일반에 대하여 납부하는 사항은 다음과 같이 정한다.
- ① 해외이사 : 논문발표비, 작품출품비 지원(단, 재직기간)
- ② 우리 학회가 과거 해외 비정기 국제학술대회 및 국제초대작품전을 개최하였던 기관이나 개최예정(1년 이내) 기관소속 해외회원 : 작품출품비, 논문발표비 지원
- ③ 해외회원 중 ①호와 ②호에 해당하지 않는 모든 해외 참가자 : ASBDA 참가비에 준하는 작품출품비(해당대회) 미화 50달러, 논문발표비(논문 1편당) 미화 40달러, 현지참가비(해당대회) 미화 50달러를 학회에 반드시 납부하여야 한다. 단, 작품집을 희망하지 않는 해외 회원의 출품비는 무료로 한다.
- 대회 유치교의 지원비 한도 내에서 소속 학생의 논문발표비, 작품출품비를 지원한다.
- 작품출품비, 논문발표비, 참가비 지원기준은 다음의 표와 같다.

- 제 4 조 [해외 비정기 국제학술대회 및 국제초대작품전 유치 회원 경비 지원]
- 해외 비정기 국제학술대회 및 국제초대작품전을 유치한 회원에게 유치 협의 및 실무 추진에 따른 경비 지출 보상 차원에서 다음과 같이 경비를 지원한다.
- 지원 기준은 다음의 표와 같다.

Regulations on the Financial Support for Members including Annual Membership Fee, Artwork Submission Fee, etc

- Article 1 [Objective]
- These regulations define the financial support provided bythe Korea Society of Basic Design & Art (hereinafter “Society”) to members with regards to the annual membership fee, rewards, fees for international conferences and international invitational exhibitions with the goal to increase the transparency of the management and operations of the Society.
- Article 2 [Support for Annual Membership Fee and Rewards]
- A member who fall under the following categories shall receive support for the lifetime membership fee.
- ① A member who has secured sponsorship and funding from institutions for international conference and international invitational exhibition in Korea and abroad
- ② If a lifetime member is attracted, five exemption from the Artwork Submission Fee or the examination fee of the paper.
- A member who fall under the following categories shall receive support for the annual membership fee.
- ① A member who has secured corporate members, sponsors, or sponsorship in funds or goods
- ② A member who has successfully secured an MOU between the Society and a relevant organization in Korea or overseas (Support provided to one (1) representative member only)
- ③ Corporate-registered directors, advisors, advisory board members, honorary presidents, the president, the president-elect, senior vice presidents, secretariat staff
- ④ Overseas members
- Rewards or coupons shall be provided to a member who falls under the stipulations of the following sub-paragraphs.
- ① A member who has secured corporate members or sponsors and sponsorship in funds or goods shall be provided with a reward ( choice between support for the annual membership fee or the reward).
- ② A member who has secured an overseas member’s artworks for submission shall be provided with a one-time artwork submission fee coupon for the respective convention / conference
- The support for the annual membership fee, rewards, and coupons are shown in the table below.

- Article 3 [Support for Artwork Submission Fee, Conference Presentation Fee, and Participation Fee]
- Support for the artwork submission fee shall be provided to a member who falls under the stipulations in the following paragraphs for the specified duration:
- ① Advisors, advisory board members, honorary presidents: Support for the duration of the term of office
- ② Corporate-registered directors: Support for the duration of the term of office (Spring and fall international conferences and international invitational exhibitions only)
- ③ President, president-elect, senior vice presidents: Support for the duration of the term of office
- ④ Secretariat staff: Support for the duration of the term of office
- ⑤ A member who has secured the hosting school (location) for a regular domestic spring or fall international conference or an international invitational exhibition: Support for the artwork submission fee for the respective conference/exhibition (Limited to one (1) representative member and a maximum of three (3) other members)
- ⑥ A member who has secured a special overseas international conference or an international invitational exhibition: Support for the respective conference/exhibition (one (1) representative member only)
- The support for foreign affairs directors and overseas members and the fees required of general overseas members are as follows.
- ① Foreign affairs directors: Support for conference presentation fee and artwork submission fee (only for the duration of the term of appointment)
- ② An institution that has hosted an irregular overseas international conference or international invitational exhibition of the Society in the past or is scheduled to host (within 1 year) such an event, or an overseas member of said institution: Support for conference presentation fee and artwork submission fee
- ③ All overseas participants who are overseas members and do not fall under ① and ② above (subparagraph ① and ② of Article 3.2 herein): Required to make payment of the artwork submission fee (US$50, corresponding to the ASBDA participation fee, for the respective conference/exhibition), conference presentation fee (US$40 per one paper), participation fee (US$50 for the respective conference/exhibition). However, the artwork submission fee for overseas members who do not want artwork pamphlet shall be free of charge.
- Within the limit of the university’s funding for hosting the conference & exhibition,, the university's student's thesis presentation fee and artwork submission fee will be provided.
- The support for artwork submission fee, conference presentation fee, and participation fee are as shown in the table below.

- Article 4 [Support for the Expenses Incurred for Securing Irregular Overseas International Conferences and International Invitational Exhibitions]
- To compensate the expenses incurred by members in the process of securing an irregular overseas international conference or international invitational exhibition, the following expenses will be provided as support.
- The details of the support provided are shown in the table below.
